Our journey begins in Stockport \u2014 the place we call home, the place we grew up, and the place that shaped the way we see the world. Stockport has a proud textile heritage woven into its history, but over the years we watched something change. One by one the textile mills closed, the good clothing shops disappeared. The quality of what was then left, seemed to disappear just as quickly. <\/p>
At times it seemed like Stockport's identity was disappearing.<\/p>
Fast fashion took over, and the joy of finding well\u2011made, long\u2011lasting clothing also vanished. We have been left asking ourselves 'Why should choosing clothes mean choosing between style, quality, and doing the right thing for the planet?'<\/em> <\/p> We always wanted to build something meaningful. Something that was good for people, good for the planet, and good for the community we\u2019re proud to be part of. <\/p> We have combined our love for the earth, it's soil, and our hometown with creativeness and quality clothing, whilst offering a whole recycling process. Our belief that small changes can make a big difference, genuinely came together.<\/p> And that\u2019s how our sustainable clothing company was born.<\/p> <\/p> We are an online store at present, but our office and hearts are firmly rooted in Stockport. From here, we bring you clothing that feels good, looks good, and really does good. No shortcuts. No compromises.
